Press Kit & Booking
Bonnie Aldcroft is the Nashville-based analog liquid light artist behind Darling Lucifer Productions, building on the 1960s tradition of the Joshua Light Show and Brotherhood of Light through hand-mixed oil, water, and dye projections captured live for the modern stage.
Beginning in 2018 as a creative outlet, Bonnie was drawn to the practice of traditional analog liquid light shows, an art form rooted in the psychedelic concert visuals of the early 1960s. Using overhead projectors and hand-manipulated materials such as glass plates, immiscible liquids, and colorful dyes, the work emphasizes warmth, imperfection, and experimentation. What began as a small DIY setup has grown into a full collection of analog visual tools and a dedicated production studio, producing original video content through a hybrid analog and digital workflow that incorporates video synthesis, live mixing, and reprocessed footage.
